Good

We had a comfortable stay. The room was small but there was still room for luggages. The lobby seemed busy as it had been used as temporary luggage storage. There was a post office nearby which might be convenient for some guests.

The staff, facilities, room, bathroom, breakfast buffet and lounge area were all fantastic. Great value for money! Will definitely be recommending Hotel Keihan for those wanting to stay in Sendai. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in so far in Japan.

Very clean hotel. Compact room as is normal in Japan but very well-equipped and quiet. The breakfast selection was good.

Very reasonably priced stay.

Can't rate this place highly enough. They have a laundry where, for 500yen, you can set your gear to wash and dry in the same machine. Tells you how long till its finished, so you can bugger off for 2 hours and not worry. The breakfast is about 1600 yen and worth every yen. The food selection was fantastic. The room rate was good. The bed and bathroom exceeded my expectations, very short walk to and from the rail station, so I didn't even bother with a taxi..

Your wifi operates from your tv, so you only have it in your room. It would be nice if they could automate that access to the second floor for the laundry and restaurant. Apart from that, this place was great. And they do have wifi on 2, but you need the separate password. In the breakfast, sliced bread had been stolen from the smurfs, so small.

Great stay and comfortable and clean room

The location, cleanliness of the room, and facility of this hotel were good.

Although we saw steam coming out from the food tray, the food or our breakfast was not hot. Everything was like in room temperature. It would be great if the food could be hot.

Location is close to station, subways, convenience store and malls. Easy and fast check-in, check-out. Washing machine and vending machine in the hotel building. Nice lighting and alarm system via touchscreen.

Comfortable sized rooms! Right at the heart of the city. Was convenient to walk around. There was also a lift carpark for the hotel which was convenient. Though a little pricey. Everything was great on our stay and the staff were helpful.

Wish they could have provided us some extra pillows!

Convenient and Clean, with a Few Quirks

The hotel is conveniently located and very easy to access. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. One standout feature, as other guests have mentioned, is the digital screen pad used to control the lights and other room settings—it’s a unique and modern touch that adds to the overall experience.

While the room was comfortable, it felt a bit small. The staff was kind and helpful, but their tone in English sometimes came across as slightly blunt—though in Japanese, they were very polite. The check-in system was a bit confusing, and even the staff seemed unsure at times.
